Prime Concepts Detroit started with one restaurant. Prime29 Steakhouse opened in 2012, and what it taught us shaped everything that followed. Hospitality isn't atmosphere and a good meal. It's the connection between staff and guests, the kind that keeps both coming back. That belief drove the expansion of Prime Concepts Detroit, and every property runs on the same conviction: the right people, invested in and supported, take better care of guests. No hierarchy changes that.
